Tea information:
Lao Cha Tou is a delightful indulgence for shu pu-erh enthusiasts. These small blocks occur naturally during the post-fermentation process of shu pu-erh tea. As tea leaves undergo fermentation, some of the tender leaf shoots, rich in pectin, naturally stick together, forming these unique clusters. Cha Tou imparts a smoother, sweeter, and softer taste compared to traditional pu-erh, offering a truly enjoyable tea experience.
