Delivery method and costs

All orders delivered in Finland are through Posti Office's services. 

Delivery costs are determined by the method of delivery of the product:

Pick-up from Posti Offices or Lockers:

Up to 200g: € 5.90
200g - 2kg:  €6.90
2kg - 5kg:    € 9.90
Delivery to the front door 10.90 €

We deliver orders worth more than €100 for free

Note: some of the large-leaf tea, such as some white teas and herbs, which do not fit in a small postal package, are delivered at a price of €6.90.

Orders can be also picked up without delivery costs from Thé Hidden store in Tampere. The order can be picked up with your own name or order number, which is sent to the given email address in connection with the accepted order.

We do not deliver to other EU countries or outside EU at the moment. 

Delivery time 

Products in stock: Delivery time in Finland: 3-5 business days. 

The order leaves our warehouse 1-3 business days after the order is processed.

Products out of stock:

The product may be temporarily out of stock or only available as ordered products. In these cases, the estimated delivery time is mentioned on the product page. In any case, we are always in contact with the customer as soon as we receive information about a more precise delivery time.

Return and refund

Damaged product:

If the product has been damaged during transport, take photos of both the packaging and the product and send the photos and additional information about your order to our customer service at infothehidden@gmail.com. In this way, we are able to file a damage report for you on your behalf, and we can send you a replacement product faster. Always keep the damaged transport packaging. In all cases of problems, you are in contact with our customer service.

Wrong or defective product:

Sometimes, unfortunately, human mistakes can happen and the wrong product goes on the journey. If we have sent the wrong or defective product, please contact our customer service immediately. In this way, we can agree on a return and ensure that you receive a replacement product as soon as possible.

Return and refund

Customers have the right to return the products of their order, or part of it, within 14 days of receiving the product. The right to return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. When refunding you, we use the same method of payment you used when you made the payment.
