Tea information:
Lao Bai Cha undergoes prolonged storage and aging, often spanning several years or more. Throughout this period, the tea undergoes microbial and oxidation processes, gradually darkening in color and acquiring distinctive aromas and flavors.
The resulting taste is rich and mellow, with a discernible sweetness and a lingering aftertaste. Its liquor presents a deep yellow hue, offering a thick and satisfying mouthfeel, occasionally accompanied by subtle hints of bitterness.
