"Huoshan Huangya" is a premium-grade yellow tea cultivated in Huoshan County, Anhui Province, China. Originating during the Tang Dynasty, its unique processing method was lost in the 1940s, only to be rediscovered and reproduced in 1972 by three esteemed tea masters. Today, only three varieties of yellow tea endure: "Meng Ding Huangya," "Huoshan Huangya," and "Junshan Yinzhen."
