Gabalong tea, also known as GABA tea, is renowned for its high content of gamma amino acids. Our premium Gabalong tea originates from Shizuoka Prefecture. The freshly harvested leaves are carefully stored under nitrogen for up to 14 hours, allowing the valuable gamma amino acids to accumulate. These compounds are later released during the infusion process, ensuring a distinctive and enriching tea experience.
