The Wuyi Mountain region is renowned as the realm of oolong tea, where the art of crafting these unique teas flourishes. Within the realm of Wuyi Rock tea, also referred to as Yancha, five distinct categories emerge: Dahongpao, Mingcong, Rougui, Shuixian, and Qizhong. Each category embodies its own distinctive characteristics, but Da Hong Pao reigns supreme, celebrated as the finest among them all.
