Coffee grown at an altitude of 1830 meters, hand-picked and honey-processed at the end of October to early November 2023. In honey processing, after picking, the coffee cherries are mechanically crushed, and part of the sugar-rich mucilage layer surrounding the beans remains attached to the surface. In the next processing steps, this residue is removed, but it still contributes to the coffee’s sweetness. The result is a consistently sweet coffee with refined notes of black tea and light citrus. It is light in character but an excellent coffee in its class. The best way to extract the aromas is by using hand-pour methods.
