Tea information:
Bi Luo Chun is a traditional Chinese tea boasting a rich history spanning over a millennium. Its roots trace back to the Kangxi era of the Qing Dynasty when Emperor Kangxi savored its vibrant green hue and distinctive spiral shape resembling a snail. Impressed by its flavor and appearance, he bestowed upon it the name "Bi Luo Chun." Various narratives surround the origin of this name, with some attributing it to the tea's verdant color, coiled form reminiscent of a snail, its harvest during the springtime, and its cultivation in the Bi Luo Peak region. Bi Luo Chun had already garnered acclaim as an annual tribute tea during the Kangxi era, further solidifying its status as a prized gem in Chinese tea culture.
