Tea information:
"Bai Mu Dan," also referred to as "White Peony" in English, is among the most renowned Chinese white teas. The tea leaves can only be harvested for one month each year, from mid-March to mid-April, and it's crucial to avoid collecting them on rainy days. After harvesting, the leaves are left in the sun for approximately 40 hours before being transferred indoors to complete the drying process. On this Bai Mu Dan tea, you'll notice that the tea maker has achieved the ideal balance between solar and indoor withering, resulting in a flawless white tea.
